‘It is an indescribable feeling, to be able to walk through the gates of a school and feel as though you are home. Yet that is what Ruyton is to me –  a place that is positively brimming with warmth, and has instilled in me such a strong sense of self. I am so thankful for my time at this School.’

Jacqueline well-remembers how excited she was to embark on her journey at Ruyton at the beginning of Year 5, and that enthusiasm has not dampened since, as she has embraced wholeheartedly the Ruyton community and the myriad of opportunities it offers. Jacqueline is involved in the music, drama, debating and sport programmes. She feels incredibly fortunate to have experienced firsthand the encouragement and support the girls give each other, whether it is as part of a Ruyton/Trinity cast, a debating team or on the sporting field in softball, hockey or badminton.

Jacqueline’s passion for contributing to the wider community has also led her to participate in the student-run Sustainability, Community Service and Ruytonian committees within the School, which she has found most rewarding. Jacqueline is very much looking forward
