Deputy Principal/Head of Senior School

Ruyton Girls' School seeks a collaborative and contemporary educational leader with a focus on girls' learning and wellbeing as its next Deputy Principal/Head of Senior School.

Established in 1878, Ruyton is a non-denominational girls' day school with over 900 students. At the heart of the school since its inception has been a belief in girls and their learning.  Today, the spirit of a Ruyton girl is encapsulated by grit, curiosity, creativity, leadership, integrity and global citizenship.  As a high performing school, we are proud of our girls' academic and co-curricular achievements but our greatest pride lies in the lives of impact and purpose they lead.

Highly relational, innovative and forward thinking, the successful candidate will provide inspiring leadership of the Senior School, as well as working closely with the Principal on whole of school strategic initiatives and engagement with the wider community - providing ample opportunities for personal professional development.
