Our School

As the Deputy Principal/Head of Senior School Lauren Perfect comes to Ruyton with over 15 years of teaching and leadership experience in independent schools. Holding a Bachelor of Arts and Education and a Master of Education (Educational Leadership and Management), Lauren is passionate about fostering an educational environment for girls with wellbeing at its heart. She believes that in order for a student to achieve their personal best they must be surrounded by a community willing to support and celebrate each other and this is what has drawn her to Ruyton.

Lauren, a teacher of Humanities, English, VCE History and Dance, has a background in pastoral care and student-centred leadership. Lauren is focused on nurturing a relationships centred Senior School, where students, parents and staff work in partnership with each other to support the learning and growth of each Ruyton girl.
