Fearless Pursuit – 2023 and Beyond sets a bold and thoughtful course for the future. Our five-year Strategic Plan, with a ten-year horizon, responds to a world of constant change with clarity and courage.  

Through this plan, we will build on our strengths and experience, working in partnership with our community and collaborators to respond thoughtfully to a rapidly changing world. Guided by our values, together, we will continue to inspire girls to be bold and educate them to lead lives of impact and purpose. 

Underpinned by five Strategic Directions, each direction holds equal importance, and together they form a bold and purposeful roadmap realised through key initiatives that will bring our vision to life.
