A safe, gentle and fun introduction to the water for little ones aged 6 months to 3 years, with a strong focus on water familiarisation, confidence and development.
Through songs, movement, and guided activities, younger participants build confidence in the water while developing foundational skills such as floating, kicking, and breath awareness. As children get older, there is a stronger focus on independent swimming skills, including assisted paddling, body position, kicking technique, and breath control.
