Experience the difference of a school where every girl is known and valued.
The morning includes a presentation from our Principal and School Captains, introducing our academic, co-curricular and wellbeing offerings, and our personalised approach to learning. A student-led tour follows, offering the opportunity to explore our campus and hear directly from students about their experiences. Morning tea provides time to connect with staff and discuss your daughter’s strengths, interests and aspirations.
The tour is primarily designed for parents and guardians, so there's no need to bring your daughter. That said, she is very welcome — many families find it helpful for her to see the campus and get a feel for the school firsthand.
Yes. The Discover Ruyton Tour covers Prep through to Year 12. Our wonderful staff will be on hand during morning tea to answer questions specific to your daughter's year level and circumstances.
If you've already attended a Discover Ruyton Tour or would prefer a more personalised experience, we'd recommend booking a Private Tour instead. We also offer year-level specific tours for Junior School, Senior School and Early Learning.
Nothing at all. Morning tea is provided and there's no paperwork to bring. Come with your questions — our team is here to answer them.
Street parking is available nearby along Selbourne Road and surrounds. We recommend allowing additional time, particularly during peak drop-off hours. Ruyton is also accessible by the 16 tram.
We understand that plans change. Please contact our Admissions team as early as possible and we will find an alternative date that works for your family.
Allow approximately two hours. The morning includes a presentation from our Principal and School Captains, a student-led campus walk, and morning tea with staff.
Ruyton educates girls from our Early Learning Centre (3-year-old kinder) through to Year 12. The Discover Ruyton Tour is designed for families considering any point of entry from Prep onwards.
Tours run on multiple dates each term, typically on weekday mornings. Current available dates and booking are managed online — places are limited, so we recommend securing your spot early.
Our Admissions team will follow up with any information relevant to your family. If you'd like to explore further, you're welcome to book a Small Group Tour for a more intimate look at the school, or a Private Tour for a one-to-one experience tailored entirely to your daughter and your questions. When you're ready to take the next step, Applications are open via our website.
If you require immediate assistance or have any questions, please contact our Admissions team on +61 (3) 9819 2422 or email admissions@ruyton.vic.edu.au. We are always happy to assist.
