Developing One - From 3 years / Beginners

The perfect place to start for children who have never had lessons or may be nervous. Focuses on water familiarisation, confidence and comfort in the pool through supportive instruction and fun, engaging activities that help them feel safe and happy in the water.

Level One - Foundation skills

Students continue to build confidence while developing greater independence in the water. Swimmers practise key foundation skills such as floating, submerging and kicking independently on both front and back, with a focus on feeling comfortable moving and supporting themselves.

Level Two - Freestyle & backstroke

Students begin refining their technique and improving body position. Swimmers are introduced to basic freestyle and backstroke while developing stronger kicking and movement skills. Water safety remains a key focus, with students learning important survival skills.

Level Three - Breathing & distance

Students integrate effective breathing into their freestyle while increasing swimming distance in both freestyle and backstroke. Swimmers are introduced to survival backstroke and breaststroke kick, and learn how to tread water in deeper water as water safety development continues.
