This term our Year 3 girls are delving into the art of communication and creation of radio content. Ruyton Radio is a unique learning experience designed for our Year 3 girls. It is a semester-long exploration into how radio shows and podcasts are created, produced and shared with the broader community. As part of this exploration, on Monday 15 July, the Year 3 girls visited 3CR Radio Station to learn more about communication through radio. The students were involved in a tour and workshop where they learnt about the technology and techniques used to create engaging radio content. The girls were abuzz with excitement upon their return, with the excursion sparking their curiosity about the world of radio!
