Problem solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork assisted the Year 11 girls to solve the challenges presented on their Year 11 Leadership Camp at Phillip Island earlier this week. The activities provided a stimulus for reflection and discussion as the facilitators encouraged the girls to acknowledge their strengths and the attributes of a good leader. The girls enjoyed a presentation from Ms Douglas outlining her journey from athlete and student to Principal and the major influences in that time. It was a highlight to welcome Old Ruytonian Sonia Singh who shared her recent experiences as a university student and young leader.
