Virginia is an experienced human resources leader with significant expertise in talent management, succession planning, executive identification and placement and leadership development across varied markets and cultures. She is a trusted advisor to senior leaders, a collaborative and inclusive leader with broad people manager experience gained from roles in generalist human resource management, professional development, and project management. Virginia is currently HR Executive for Business and Technical Leadership at IBM Asia Pacific.
Virginia McLaughlan joined the Board in 2016 and has held the role of President since 2019.
