The Director of Marketing and Communication, Elaine Doyle is responsible for building and enhancing positive community engagement for parents and alumnae, sharing the Ruyton story and building the Ruyton brand. Elaine joined the Ruyton Community in 2019.

A communication specialist, Elaine brings to Ruyton the experience of building business brands through strategic communication and public relations. Elaine connects organisations to audiences and stakeholders, strengthening relationships.

Elaine’s previous consultancy experience was with businesses to develop individual’s communication skills and strategies to communicate what differentiates their brand. An important part of Elaine’s work was as a training partner with Victorian secondary and primary schools.  Her workshop incursions empowered thousands of students with the communication skills required to be the next generation of leaders.
