What an impressive evening of performances at the Gala Concert last Thursday! The Melbourne Recital Centre was completely sold out for the concert, and the audience could not help but be inspired by the wonderful music from the Ruyton girls. The new venue highlighted their talents and provided a striking backdrop for the performances.
Congratulations to all girls who performed and to Mr Smith, Director of Performing Arts and the Music teachers. Thank you to our Year 12 Music leaders, Music Captain and Instrumental Leader, Florrie M, Instrumental Leader Pollyanna D, Vocal Leaders, Emma A and Maeve L and Leader of the Henty Orchestra, Angela C, who all played a significant role in ensuring the success of the evening.
