Over the School holidays, Sally S (Year 9) was invited to attend a development camp at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra for Junior wheelchair tennis players. She was one of only ten throughout Australia invited. Following the camp, Sally played in the junior section of the Canberra Open Wheelchair Tennis Tournament. She came runner-up in the doubles and now has an ITF ranking of 25th in the World for Junior Girls Wheelchair. This is an outstanding achievement given that Sally has been involved in the sport for only four months!
