Kathryn is a past president of the Ruyton Board, having served on the board for many years. She is married to Nicholas, and both of their daughters, Madeleine (’10) and Giselle (’12) attended Ruyton.

Kathryn spent over 25 years in the legal profession and has more than a decade of board experience, primarily in the financial services sector. Currently she serves on the boards of Anglicare Victoria, the Melbourne Anglican Diocesan Corporation, and four National Australia bank wealth management entities, Antares Capital Partners Limited, MLC Investments Limited, Navigator Australia Limited and National Asset Management Limited. She also chairs the External Compliance Committee of Franklin Templeton and the Governance Committee of the Skin and Cancer Foundation, where she previously served as a Director.

Kathryn’s other past directorships were with Vanguard Investments Australia Limited, State Trustees Limited, where she chaired the State Trustees Foundation and the Investments Committee, Anglican Diocesan Schools Commission, and Regnan Governance Research and Engagement. She has a BA, a LLB and a LLM from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Theological Studies, and a Graduate Diploma in Theology.  She is a Williamson Fellow (WCLP 2005) and remains involved in the not for profit sector, spending most of her time as a Parish Priest in the Anglican parish of Holy Trinity Balaclava and Elwood.
