Fundraising and Events at Ruyton
Founded in 1988, the Ruyton Foundation is the principal organisation through which financial support of Ruyton Girls' School is directed. Every donor who gifts or pledges $2000 or more is automatically a member of the Foundation. This membership is acknowledged in the Foundation Gift Register. Foundation Year Level Leaders are parents who represent each year level and support the Trustees of the Foundation and Building Fund by making information available to parents about the work of the Foundation. They work with the Director of Development and the School Directors to help the School promote particular appeals and fundraising targets so that capital development and endowment goals are achieved.
This year the Ruyton Luncheon was particularly successful in raising funds for the Ruyton Community Scholarship and plans are now underway for the Ruyton Ball to be held in 2013.
