‘We came to an Open Day at Ruyton and were immediately struck by the warm and creative atmosphere. It was evident that Ruyton was nurturing well-balanced young women.’ Mr Tim Hogg joined the Ruyton Board soon after the Hogg family started at Ruyton. The potential Tim could bring to the Board with his skills in property development, and particularly to advise the Project Control Group on property, was immediately recognised. Tim has a particular understanding of property longevity, understanding the need to develop quality properties with a long life cycle. This not only ties in with the School’s belief in the importance of environmental sustainability, but also ensures that each project Ruyton tackles is value for money. Tim was particularly interested in the Strategic Planning around the next phase of the Master Plan, ensuring the campus remains up to date but respectful of the traditional setting. As specialist advisor for project development at North Projects Tim has a broad range of experience in delivering large-scale and successful property developments.
