Mr Bruce Bayley is a partner with SPP, a high-impact management consultancy firm with market leading capabilities in the education, government and private sector. His experience includes 18 years in the education sector, including a deep knowledge of the evolving online education space, hands on experience leading significant aspects of Melbourne University’s operations; a strong understanding of doing business in Asia through establishing operations in these markets and direct experience in the vocational education sector.
Bruce has a Bachelor of Engineering (Melb) and MBA from Melbourne Business School and previously worked for BCG, Deloitte, several start-up companies and Kraft Foods. The opportunity to combine his commercial and education experience to contribute to Ruyton’s ongoing development has attracted Bruce to the Board.
Ruyton’s vision for girls to achieve excellence and personal fulfilment resonates with Bruce. ‘With two daughters here I have seen how Ruyton has nurtured and developed our girls. Bruce is married to Jackie and enjoys time with family, exercise and good food.
